first things first, we got two new affiliates, including the elitevocaloidrp, which is one of those REALLY POPULAR ones, so MAYBE, If we're lucky, we'll get some people from there.
second, that new person I said we were gonna get has not responded, thus her claimed character is up for grabs again, though I never actually said what her character was, so no need to say names anyway.
third, from dec. 28- jan. 5th I won't be here at all. I might be able to get on the computer, but I'm not making any promises.
lastly, I'm thinking of a Christmas event, but I need your guys' help! I've never planned an event before. I'm thinking of secret santa, but we don't really have a lot of people for that. maybe if we get more characters we can do that. I really want to see some RPing being done, even if only on profile pages. I know with so few people it's hard, but hopefully we'll pick up.

Rules

#1. Please try your best to spell things right. It would be pretty difficult to understand things like text talk.
Example: "OMG,SRIS?", "TTYL", "TBISH!". So please try your best at spelling correctly. It would help a lot! If you struggle at spelling, just use spell check when you're done!

#2. Bring your character to life!! Use emotions when you speak as your character. It will make it really fun to see all the different personalities of them! Who knows, some personalities may surprise you....

#3. You may pair yourselves but it is limited.. Please try not to have babies, or or do any other strange things(such as sex).

#4. Please be nice to all of the other RP members. We would like everyone to enjoy their time here and please do not use any slang like "Yo, what up man? I'm just chillin' in my crib". It get's kind of annoying. =w=;;

#5. Please be as active as you can. We'll Check up on you if you haven't been on for at least 3 weeks. so please keep your little icon in your friend's list to "online" it would be hard if it were on "invisible." and if your going to be gone leave the message in your journal so we would know.

#6. You can have only up to 2 accounts for this RP. Meaning 2 characters. Please understand that there might be others who would want to join and use a certain character you might of picked already for yourself. We want to be fair and equal here. If you would like to RP as someone else's OC, please get their permission before you apply. And if they say something like "No" or "I'm sorry, but he/she is already taken", please do not bug them about it. Subject to change.

#7. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE no Vocaloids. I know they may be similar to Chobits, but I will NOT accept OCs baed off of Vocaloid characters or fanmades. and trust me, I know them. I'm a fan myself. This is for PERSICOMS, not VOCALOIDS or UTAUS, etc. thank you!

If you want to submit an OC, you need to fill out necessary info about him/her/it/thing. Like name, age, gender, and personality. It also helps, but is not needed, to write a few sentences about him/her/it/thing. I like seeing full character Profiles, but please, no wall of text. space it out.

Account Information

1. Please do not make an account before you ask. That would cause much confusion, and it annoys the Admins.

2. Do not ask for more than one cannon account. We want others to have a chance too, you know. total accounts limited to 2 right now. subject to change.

3. When you are accepted, please make a NEW account and name it your character's name. meaning a new Email and username and people mistake you for a DA virgin even though you are not.

4. You don't have to be the same gender of your character either. We want you to be happy and choose whoever you like.

5. If your going to give up an account please SEND THE ACCOUNT PASSWORD to the RP so others may have a chance. OC's are not required but if you would like to, you may also send your password.
